I acknowledge this is hard for many people - the thought of being on camera can be intimidating.
Here's the key feature: You can show your face in your first 3 videos to get approved for the program, but it's not required!
Recent data from polling 100 Amazon Influencers shows that showing your face in your reviews doesn't actually make a difference in earnings - so if you're not wanting people to see your face, then don't!
The benefit: You can build a successful Amazon Influencer business while staying as private as you want.
Absolutely not! Some people do to create another stream of income. I don't.
All of the money I make comes directly from people buying a product after watching my video on Amazon. This is referred to in Amazon as "onsite profits".
You can do them as often or as little as you'd like. The more reviews you do the more chances you'll have to make commissions. But from my experience you don't get penalized if you don't post reviews consistently. I've gone weeks without posting a video and commissions stay pretty much the same.
No! This IS a tactic some people use to increase their earnings and they say that it is an investment in their business that has a great ROI.
BUT it is NOT necessary to do this. Most of us have hundreds if not thousands of things sold on Amazon in our homes, cars, yards, at work, and at friends & families homes.
Most of my videos are between 30-60 seconds long.
But you can make them as long or as short as you want to. I would do a longer video for something that takes a lot of explanation & is a higher value product.
It varies. Some get approval in a couple of days & for some it takes a couple of weeks to get an answer.
Usually 2-5% depending on the product category.
I know it seems small but many products are selling tens of thousands per month- getting just a small piece of that pie turns lots of tiny commissions into one big paycheck!
You earn a commission every time someone clicks on one of the video reviews you've uploaded to Amazon and then purchases that product.
For the most part, yes! Your name on your Amazon storefront can be anything you want it to be. It doesn't have to be your full or legal name.
You should make your first 3 videos showing your face to get approved but after that you can do them faceless. After you get approved you could delete any videos you want.
